    1 avocado

    1.5 cups ice
    1 cup spinach
    a few drops peppermint oil/extract
    stevia to taste
    Handful of raw cacao nibs or 1 tbsp cacao powder
    1 scoop Protein Powder 

    Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
