Meat Crust Pizza
1 lb ground beef
2 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
low sodium pizza sauce
Brown Ground beef or turkey sausage. Preheat oven to 350º. Mix hot ground beef with 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Spread mixture out on a pizza pan & top with low sodium pizza sauce, onions, peppers, tomatoes and remaining cheese. Bake for 15 min.
